Northwest Louisiana Fellowship of Christian Athletes exists to present to coaches and athletes, and all whom they influence, the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, serving Him in their relationships and in the fellowship of the church. Block Party Missions utilizes our Block Party trailer and supplies to reach people with the Gospel right here in Shreveport where our B Groups are on mission. Our specially designed trailer is stocked with a bounce house, grills, face painting supplies, balloon art, outdoor games, and so much more. The Hub: Urban Ministries loves the impoverished of Shreveport’s inner city and desires to be the hands and feet of Jesus in the lives of the broken. The Hub works with street homeless, low income neighborhoods and women and children who have fallen victim to the sex industry (Purchased: Not for Sale). They do this by connecting the community and the local church to serving the people in poverty. Find ways you can serve at

The Justice Project is an initiative to the Ledbetter Heights neighborhood outside of downtown. The Hub desires to bring true JUSTICE to the lives of people in poverty in that neighborhood through a relationship with Jesus and poverty alleviation strategies. The goal is to utilize Broadmoor B Groups to connect with the Ledbetter Heights community in the following ways:

  • Adopt-a-Street - Build relationships with families that lead to sharing Christ and walking with the community out of poverty.
  • Ledbetter Kids is an evening program for children. Volunteers help children with homework, crafts, Bible lessons, and make sure they get a good meal.

  • Baptist Collegiate Ministry (BCM) functions as a student organization on each of the college campuses in our area to REACH students who don’t know Christ, STRENGTHEN students who do know Christ, and CONNECT students to the local church.     ARK-LA-TEX Crisis Pregnancy Center empowers individuals to make informed, life-changing decisions by providing facts, emotional support and practical assistance.     Shreveport-Bossier Rescue Mission is a ministry that reaches out to feed, clothe, shelter, and provide healing services to homeless men, women, and families with children.
